The restaurant offers intimate space in an oak-beamed building with just 30 seats and serve a set multi-course menu daily.
The perfect candidates, has exceptional technical skill, strong operational skill and is able to work at a high pace with attention to detail, passionate and hard working.
It is a pre-requisite that the prospective candidate resides in the Winelands area.
Key Responsibilities and Minimum
