The Business Sales department of OUTsurance is responsible for quoting commecial clients either as a result of inbound or outbound lead and converting this into sales in terms of quality and quantity requirements in place.
Responsibilities Converting leads / quotes into sales in terms of quantity and quantity targets that are in place, including but not limited to
Minimum monthly premium written
Average premium value
Nett conversion ratio of quotes to sales
Accepting full responsibility for all telephone calls
dealing with clients on all levels in a competent , efficient and preofessional way in accordance with the values of OUTsurance
