Sales Order Internal Administrator Required for Multi Award Winning Manufacturing Concern. Syspro Secures. Immediate opening.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Grade 12
  • 8-10 years’ administrative and customer service experience working on Syspro
  • Proficiency on MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Experience with Syspro data capturing
  • Experience in telephone customer care
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Preferably from the Northern Suburbs
  • Preferably own transport
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Key performance areas and indicators :

  • Receive, confirm and process orders on Syspro
  • Print picking slips for Warehouse
  • Provide admin support to sales manager and sales team
  • Control back orders
  • Perform month end functions and report compilation
  • Provide telephonic support
  • Support with new business development where required
  • Do telesales to select customers
