Adminstration clerkThe incumbent will be required to : Prepare creditors remittances and reconcile to creditors statements and clear differencesManage customer accounts -

prepare customer statements, receipt and reconcile customer payments, attend to reconciling items, allocate receipts, follow up to ensure credit terms are adhered toProcess daily counter sales receipts, reconcile and manage cash sales accountsOversee filing functions and personnelSwitchboard overflow and reliefOther adminstrative duties as be requiredApplicants must have a Matric certificate, a minimum of 3 years experince in a similar position and at least 2 recent, contactable references.
