Employee Relations Officer needed for a leading retail company in Cape Town!This is a fantastic opportunity for a Employee Relations Officer to perform duties promoting harmonious workplace relations and sound employment practices in accordance with relevant labour legislation and the companys policies and procedures, have a strong employee relations focus, proven knowledge of South African labour legislation, and exposure to CCMA proceedings.
Ideally you will have a relevant Degree / National Diploma in HR and or Labour Relations.
A minimum of 5 years experience in a retail environment is essential.
