Main Activities

  • Mass balance for Aviation and Specialities on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Inventory control and reconciliations
  • Assistance in loading Aviation & Specialities documentation required for signature in Universign
  • Ensure transactional excellence on the various TotalEngergies systems like - product movements cradle to grave, purchase requisitions, Sales orders, EDI’s ,STO’s,Subcontracting & consignment orders, journals etc.
  • Operational excellence support to the marketing teams as well as engagement with all other relevant stakeholders like the LMP JDC etc.
  • Cost / pricing ensure all relevant costs and prices are correct an in place timeously.
  • Performance reporting Financial results and KPI’s on a daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc basis.
  • Customer excellence cradle to grave from order taking to payment received as well as arrear rebate reconciliations.
  • Compliance continuous improvement on company compliance relevant to Aviation and Specialities. Engagement with audit, tax, compliance etc.
  • Be a back-up for the Aviation and Specialities team during leave / absence.
  • Business Intelligence

  • Collate and prepare reports and KPIs on business intelligence from various sources.
  • Billing

  • To ensure completeness and accuracy of the billing on an ongoing basis in the relevant systems
  • Budgets and long-term plans

  • Play a key role in setting budgets and long-term plans with relevant stakeholder inputs.
  • HSEQ

  • Embrace and live the values of the company related to HSEQ.
  • Be an ambassador through setting an example for others through behaviour and reporting.
  • Context and environment

    The role requires you to be a team player, a good understanding of Aviation and Specialties busines from cradle to grave.

    These include our customers, their needs, back office support, inventory management, operational excellence, systems processing and reporting of results.

    Attention to detail is paramount to ensure accurate financial results. Management of data across a variety of sources and operating in different timetables with a variety of objectives whilst being available to the relevant stakeholders.

    Candidate profile

    Degree in Economics, Business Management or Supply Chain and Logistics

    5 years’ experience in a supply value chain or similar

    Ability to work on SAP

    Ability to work Independently

    Strong negotiation skills

    Analytical ability and attention to detail

    Good interpersonal skills

    Good verbal and written skills

    Ability to meet strict deadlines, work under pressure and to timeously perform functions
