You must be able to work within a fast paced environment and communicate effectively with team members and management. You must display excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, be presentable, neat, organised and must be able to multi-task and prioritise your workload.

General Office Administration. Processing and capturing orders Corresponding with clients for pro-forma invoices, tax invoices and delivery notes.
Dealing with clients on a daily basis. Dealing with incoming emails, inquiries and calls. Dealing with customer complaints and daily inquiries when needed.
Initiate the opening of customer accounts. Ensure all inquiries and orders are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with the Warehouse and Sales Manager. Administrative tasks as allocated by managers. Assisting Managers with general work-related tasks.
Undertake day to day administrative support. Financial reports and banking. Ad hoc tasks. General filling of documentation (Invoices, Statements, Credit Notes, etc.
Schedule meetings when necessary. Contacting potential customers. Compiling call lists for the Sales Manager and sales team.
Compiling Daily, weekly and monthly reports and updating client database regularly The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.
00am to 6pm. R7000.00 R10 000.00 p / m negotiable. Based on previous experience and salary. Candidate Must provide previous salary details.

Grade 12 / Senior Certificate Min 3 years experience in Office Administration Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and Outlook) Knowledge of Pastel Excellent English communication skills are essential.
Written and Spoken. Good customer service experience, and excellent customer service skills are essential. Candidate must be well organised and be able to function well under pressure.
Must have his / her own reliable transport with a valid drivers licence
