Qualifications Required :
A IT related tertiary qualification.
MBA / DBA advantageous.
Relevant certifications including for instance practitioner level certification from ITIL, ISO and COBIT.
Experience required :
10 years’ experience in IT and 5 years in a Top or Executive management position within large IT organizations.
Demonstrate robust experience and understanding of IT Service management and delivery covering Infrastructure and Business Application services.
Has worked at a Regional Business Services & Application Support level engaging with Senior Business Stakeholders across for multiple locations.

Diplomatic and tolerant in relaying and receiving information.
