DescriptionAs the Customer Director, you will be responsible for : Responsible for planning and organising a team to deliver on target against a deadline.
Implement the servicing strategy aligned with the overall business strategyClient servicing, acquire new business and report on Sales activitiesManage the overall servicing process in order to meet targetsEvaluate the effectiveness of servicing related cost and resultsMaintain and manage servicing incentive programs that monitor performance aligned with business strategy to achieve the company revenue targets.
Recruit, manage and motivate appropriate team members and develop them through training and mentorship to ensure delivery and continued career growth.
