Payroll Administrator (with SAP experience)
To timeously initiate, accurately compile, prepare and execution employee related compensation and benefits which includes :
The efficient handling and communicating of related enquiries and the preparation, under own initiative of appropriate documents and responses.
To administer the timely collation, preparation of salary payroll
Maintain and administer employee, expatriate payroll information / records in line with company policies and statutory requirements.
Ensure that important employee employment criteria, clauses or covenants are actioned and renewed or timeously terminated.
Including the liaison with designated owners and or our Tax advisors.
Maintain up to date knowledge and application of PAYE, UIF, Workman’s Compensation, Legislation etc, including Bi / annual reconciliation and submission to the relevant statutory authorities.
Liaise with relevant regulatory and internal / external functions, insofar related relationships and provide guidance to the business to ensure related practices are conducted in accordance with relevant regulations, laws and standards.
Enhance the payroll / employee data systems by ensuring the availability of an up-to-date record and data retention system, processes, including documentation, training and guidance.
Actively participate and assist with any payroll related projects, process and systems improvements and or administrative assignments given from time to time.
Ensure ad-hoc requests are completed in a timely manner.
Minimum Matric certificate and a Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in a corporate payroll environment or alternatively 1 year payroll experience.
Sound knowledge of existing labour legislation pertaining to compensation and benefits including PAYE and other related statutory regulations essential.
High level of proficiency on .MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
SAP an added advantage. Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
Global VISA and Relocation Specifications :
This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country only. K-C will not provide relocation support for this role.
