Industrial Relations Officer needed for a leading manufacturing company in Port Elizabeth!This is a fantastic opportunity for an Industrial Relations Officer to ensure compliance with IR policies and procedures, handling grievances and disciplinary procedures, guiding supervisors in IR matters, handling medical incapacity cases, handling unauthorised absenteeism and representing the company at CCMA hearings for a 5 month temp position.
Ideally you will have a Degree / Diploma in Industrial Relations / Human Resources or Labour Law.
A minimum of 5 years ER / IR experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
