We are seeking a well-presented person, with strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans. Duties will include General Reception / Bookings / Reservations for the Restaurant and Rooms.
Checking in and Out of guests, receiving payments and invoicing. Ensuring Covid Safety procedures are followed. Assisting with general administration as well as assisting with general Accounts administration.
Strong Computer literacy and aptitude to learn a system. Must have strong working knowledge of Excel and ideally Opera (Or similar) and Xero Accounting Software.
Qualifications Formal Hospitality / Bookkeeping / Administration experience required. Skills Must have a minimum of 2-5 years experience within a top-notch 5* Hotel / Lodge.
Highly Computer Literate. Well-presented with great communication skills in both English and Afrikaans. Great Guest Relations experience and used to working with high-end clientele.
Own Transport. Valid Driver's License.
