Job description :

Thecandidate will be responsible for rendering an all-inclusive administrativemanagement service to the business / practice.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinateall administrative processes in the practice
  • Diarymanagement and travel arrangements
  • Monthly& weekly reporting
  • Relationshipmanagement for internal and external clients
  • MaintainCRM (Client Relationship Management) and the integrated electronic andpaper-based filing systems
  • Coordinateall office communication
  • Attendto all client related queries
  • Evaluatesystems for improvement
  • Contactall relevant service providers
  • Generalmaintenance of office
  • Ad-hoc& special projects
  • Minimum requirements :

  • Minimumentry level qualification equivalent to Grade 12 / NQF4 qualification
  • Relevantwork experience within the financial services industry
  • Proficientin both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official SouthAfrican languages
  • Computerliteracy (MS Office)
  • Recommended requirements :

  • Secretarialqualification
