  • University graduate with a three-year degree;Management experience in a hotel environment preferable;Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Afrikaans and preferably a 3rd language;

  • You love working with people!Duties &ResponsibilitiesAs the Financial Property Manager you will be responsible to ensure the integrity of the following for six campuses : Monthly Rent Rolls;
  • Monthly Reporting;Monthly Management Accounts and cash flow projections;Monthlyreconciliations of : Bank;Credit cards;Deposits;
  • Control Accounts.Aged debtors reporting;Creditors and payment authorisations;Municipal accruals;Supplier accruals;Journals;
