Position : HR Administrator
Location : Pretoria North
Salary range : R 15 000.00 R 17 000.00 CTC pm
The successful incumbent will be responsible for :
Capture and check all relevant information of new wage employees on the system.
Maintenance of HR Information System (Wages).
Maintain wage Employee Personal files and ensure they are kept up to date on the HR drive.
Assist with all necessary legal reporting including but not limited to EE Reporting; WSP; ATR
Keep all relevant Workplace Skills and EE information up to date.
Responsible for the tracking and timely renewing of Work Permits and Passports.
Responsible for the Administration and follow-up of IODs.
Preparation of all relevant UIF documents of wage employee (including Service certificates).
Preparation of Maternity and Paternal UIF forms.
Follow up Salary schedules from Payroll Administrator and issue to employees.
Completion of all Momentum forms (beneficiaries, funeral, withdrawal forms).
Assist with admin for disciplinary matters (hearing packs, absconding process).
Assist with leave capture of wage employees.
Preparation and drafting of wage contracts of employment.
Scanning and saving of documentation on the HR system and drive (warnings etc).
Minimum qualifications and experience :
Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources
3-5 years experience in HR Administration
Sage People 300 experience will be added advantage
