Comfortability working independently and collaborativelyPrevious experience within the property rental, rent to buy, real estate industry would be ideal and highly beneficialr>

Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectivesr>

Develops the Marketing Plans to meet the objectivesr>

Perform and evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as neededr>

Developing a sales and marketing strategy and identifying demographics of target market and taking service to market to designated demographicsr>

Oversees all marketing, advertising, promotional material development and suppliers and activities across all business marketing exercises and multiple sitesr>

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MARKETING AND BRAND MANAGER : Responsible for the marketing of services tailored exclusively to the industry and for multiple sitesr>

Support product launch and roll out with strategic communication plans throughout PR and social and online channelsr>

Managing the effective delivery of brand strategy and marketing initiatives including brand image, press, social media, online and influencer activationr>

Demonstrate technical marketing skills and product knowledge of CRM Systemr>

Develop tactical marketing strategies and plan in conjunction with sales departmentDelivery of all marketing activity within agreed budgetr>

Manage development and delivery of marketing initiatives for multiple sitesr>

The achievement of frequent, timely and positive media coverage for sales both in traditional and online and its programs across all available mediar>

Specifying market requirements for current and future products / services by conducting market research supported by on-going engagement with customers and non-customersr>

Implementation of brand go-to-market plan for new and existing products working with all departments to executer>

Liaising with multiple sites for printing, media placement and promotional goodsr>

Managing and coordinating with internal platform providers and advertising agency partnersr>

Overseeing all Marketing, Studio, PR and Procurement staffDriving Brands and Brand Reputation through PR Strategiesr>

Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results to line manager and wider product rollout teamr>

Research and reporting on in country pricing and contributing to the development of pricing strategy for multiple sitesr>
