The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of all administration in their Financial Planning team to assist the Company in empowering their clients to retire successfully.
Matric
Level 5 Wealth Management Certificate (or equivalent) qualification would be an advantage
Experience
Must have worked with a financial planner in an individual business capacity
Minimum 3 - 5 years'''''''' experience with the following products : Retirement Annuities, Preservers, Living Annuities, Endowments, Unit Trusts
Computer Literacy - XPlan or Financial Planning software, Astute, Outlook., Word, Excel
Job Specification
Assist the financial planners with :
Client liaison (Talking to clients, setting up meetings)
Preparing documents (forms, compliance documents, letters, schedules, proposals)
Diary management
Preparing client files for meetings (including forms and policy schedules)
Submitting and following up requests
Handling client queries and relationship building
Working closely with team to ensure all required administration processes take place.
