Red Ember Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Senior Payroll Administrator to be based in Bryanston, Johannesburg.

Please note this is a 2 month fixed-term contract position.

DUTIES

  • Conducting Payroll input and salary changes for all employees.
  • Month-end reconciliation procedure
  • Handle Annual increase / decrease process
  • Distribution of reports
  • Attend to payroll queries and correct errors
  • Payroll System Administration
  • Provident Fund
  • Handling SARS / IRP5 / Reconciliation year-end process
  • UIF Declaration
  • Assist with Job grading
  • Resolution of job grading and salary complaints
  • Salary benchmarking
  • Manage direct report
  • Payroll System Information
  • SAGE VIP Premier
  • 400 Headcount
  • Different divisions (entities) under one Company
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric Certificate
  • Must have completed numerous (what specific courses, be precise) Payroll Administration courses including the Tax Year end course / seminar
  • Payroll Administration & Management Diploma / Degree
  • Knowledge of relevant Labour and Tax legislation and changes
  • Payroll processes and systems
  • Accounting knowledge to handle Salary Clearing accounts
  • Relevant computer packages
