Developing and maintaining trusting relationships with a portfolio of major clients, existing and new Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements Expanding relationships with existing and new customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives Prepare, document and present well thought out sales pitches Prepare regular feedback of progress and forecasts to management Accurate data entry on the company CRM Provide customer training on the reseller portal To achieve pre-agreed targets and deadlines set by the Sales Manager Boxes to tick Previous experience in Account Management with a proven track record of achieving targets Outstanding communication skills and verbal acuity Goal-oriented personality Persuasive skills and the ability to solve problems Highly self-motivated and focused with attention to detail Excellent time management and organisation He / She must display the characteristic of always being prepared and totally informed about products, services and the industry.
Knowledge of preparing a sales pitch is critical and the successful candidate should have a track record to show how it has been practiced Good knowledge of the Solar Industry is preferable
