What you can expect

Responsible for the management of inventory and processing of Invoices. All related processes within inventory management and P2P processes including reporting, analysis and interpretation to ensure constant process efficiency enhancement.

Core responsibilities will include the following :

  • Managing all stock movement report by informing all relevant parties
  • Complete inventory count process at LSP’s and coding all relevant LSP’s invoice
  • Manage relations with LSP’s Warehouse Management
  • Support the annual financial audits of the company
  • Invoice processing to ensure accurate and timely posting of costs
  • Maintain Invoice records, ensuring accuracy and timelines
  • Coordinate invoicing schedule, including end-of-month closing report
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders concerning invoicing and costing related issues
  • Support the business by overseeing the day-to-day operations / transactions services
  • Receive and match invoices, statements and purchase orders
  • Follow up to ensure relevant accrual reports are cleared and up to date
  • Working with AP department to ensure that P2P process is always running, and business interruptions are minimized
  • Prepare mass upload files for payments processing
  • Accurate MRP ordering, including, copying, flagging, material status, etc.
  • Maintaining Product Hierarchies & MRP categories for imported articles
  • Phase in / out of relevant articles imported articles
  • Update and change of re-order points
  • Ensure Health & Safety procedures are adhered to & raise awareness when observed unsafe behaviour
  • Ensuring MSDS’s and Tremcards are available for LSP’s
  • Apply MOC when needed
  • Internal business partner relationship management
  • Support of projects & initiatives and drive continuous optimization
  • What we expect

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain and Logistics Management
  • 5 years experience in Supply Chain and Finance. Experience in budgeting, inventory management, warehousing and customer facing functions will be beneficial in this position
  • Excellent PC, Microsoft Office (Outlook + OneNote) skills are required. High knowledge of SAP (MM modules) is a must
