Job Description :
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION :
As Bytes Systems Integration (Bytes SI) brand ambassadors achieving the Bytes SI strategic objectives within the spirit of the Bytes SI values.
To lead the management and delivery of relevant and replicable services and solutions for new and existing clients while achieving profitable margins for Bytes SI.
Builds the business and long-term client relationships, and cultivates service opportunities by establishing engagements to ensure profitable revenue growth.
Successfully leverage the Practice portfolio to deliver breakthrough results for clients, implements the overall business strategy within the Practice, and develops practice professionals achieve growth and profitability.
To summarise, the Practice Leads needs to deliver on :
A value proposition that customers want;
Profitable delivery of such value proposition;
Collaboration and strong working relationships;
A steady business rhythm.
To ensure that the financial objectives of the relevant Practices are set, aligned and achieved / exceeded within Bytes Systems Integrations strategic objectives, vision and mission on an annual basis.
To present and report on the Financial objectives of the relevant Practices as required and requested by management and relevant legislation.
To deliver high quality, value adding, profitable and sustainable solutions to Client’s in line with Client’s requirements.
To resolve all escalated and directed stakeholder queries and complaints in line with building long term relationships.
To achieve market and competitor intelligence and to implement changes that will ensure innovation and sustainability.
To build strategic relationships that drives the sustainability and profitability of business objectives.
To be and / or provide a trusted advisor to our Clients.
To interface with client's senior executive team to generate additional or new business after evaluating the client's business strategy, objectives and requirements.
To ensure that the customer satisfaction results as agreed and set by management are achieved on an annual basis.
To liaise with internal and external stakeholders of Bytes Systems Integration in order to achieve customer satisfaction, market growth, networking and to uplift the Bytes Systems Integration brand by living the Bytes Systems Integration values.
Internal Processes :
To compile, implement and achieve the Practice strategy, policy and procedures that are aligned with the strategic objectives of Bytes Systems Integration, legislation, quality standards and group on an annual basis.
To develop, implement and analyse action plans in order to achieve the strategic objectives of relevant Practices on an annual basis.
To collaborate with other Practice Leads, Industry and Regional Executives to ensure that Bytes SI targets are met.
To submit and present all relevant and required reports from management, legislation as well as Bytes SI policy and procedure framework.
To align the relevant Practices with the Bytes Systems Integration Skills development strategy in order that compliance is achieved.
To align relevant Practices with the Bytes Systems Integration transformation strategy in order that compliance is achieved.
To ensure that the relevant Practices comply with Corporate Governance principles (Audits, King code etc.).
To ensure that all allocated and agreed development activities are successfully completed according to the Bytes Systems Integration performance management policy and procedure.
To coach and mentor all relevant employees by living the Bytes Systems Integration values and in line with the Bytes Systems Integration methodology and process.
To develop, implement and evaluate personal development plans for all direct reports according to the Bytes Systems Integration performance management policy and procedure.
To implement and manage the relevant Practices Talent management strategy, leading and developing a healthy internal culture that retains key employees and encourages professional development.
To ensure alignment between the relevant Practices (Value Chain) workforce management practices and Bytes Systems Integration people practices
Job Requirements :
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS :
Relevant degree or equivalent qualification - Essential
Management / Leadership program Essential
Progressive experience within a professional services business, including the demonstrated ability to manage delivery and growth of a professional IT services / solutions Practice / business. At least 10 years.
Demonstrated experience in setting and executing strategy for a professional IT services / solutions Practice / business. At least 5 years.
