PRETORIA CAMPUS Ref : 21 / 115B The Directorate : Human Resources & Transformation (Policy, Planning and Organisational Development) seeks to appoint an OD Project Officer on a Four (4) Months Fixed-term contract basis to manage the Performance Management & Development System implementation project.
Key performance areas Provide effective and administrative support to the Directorate Assist with the implementation of PMDS throughout the institution Ensures Performance Agreements are signed off between line managers and subordinates Draft and manage the implementation project plan.
Report on a two -weekly basis to Executive Management on progress. Regular stakeholder feedback Minimum Requirements : Four (4) years relevant qualification in Human Resources or related field and 3 years’ experience in Project management, PMDS, and or other related specialized HR projects.
Previous experience in Higher Education is recommended. Must have own transport and code 8 valid driver’s license Experience Three (3) Years relevant experience level at middle management / Senior Administrator / Practitioner Knowledge Computer literacy : MS Word packages, Excel, PowerPoint, e-HR Systems, Project Management Interested candidates can send their CV
