Must have a Diploma or Certificate or relevant industry qualification and experience;
At least 2 years product experience in a manufacturing or related environment
To assist with the customer services helpdesk for two different product lines. This support will provide a helpdesk for customers to place sales orders, confirm stock, query status of issues that they have, review sales orders for accuracy and confirm delivery dates to customers, and then to print job cards / stickers for production.
Further to this there will be a relief portion to the job function where the incumbent can fill in at reception, order capturing and invoicing when required.
