You will have completed an HR Diploma, coupled with a minimum of 5 years experience in managing HR, IR and payroll processing, preferably in IT, Software or a professional commercial sector.
You will have managed the implementation of wellness programmes, team building events, be able to implement SA labour laws, as well as manage labour law for the UK division (training will be provided), as well as maintain a motivating environment and a organised HR department.
You must have been responsible for payroll in its entirety, to include managing leave, overtime, increases, bonuses, benefits administration, absenteeism and incentives.
