HRD Manager needed for a mining company in Northern Cape! To plan, coordinate, schedule and conduct internal and facilitating external training, manage the learning management system, assessing and evaluating learning competence, up-skilling employees, acting on improvement tools, techniques and opportunities identified and conducting needs analysis.
Ideally you will have a HRD Degree, SDF, Trade Certificate, Assessor / Moderator and Blasting Certificate together with 8 years experience in mining.
