The effective execution of tasks related to coordinating, implementing and support of network and service implementations.
This includes performing field works in all provinces on companys national footprint. The role requires work to be performed during business and non-business hours as required due to the nature of the scheduled and unscheduled works required by company as a 24 / 7 / 365 telecommunications company.

CPE, HS and Facilities : Support FSTs with planning and preparations of technical tasks, stock / materials, appointments

Support FSTs with site surveys for high sites and clients.
2. KEY PERFORMANCE AREA (OBJECTIVE)
Preparation / Admin / General)
Participate and seek to understand company processes and new project information
Successful execution of preparation process (stock, material, jobcards, admin, travel etc.)
Follow process in ordering, managing and protecting stock.
Perform the required admin : jobcards, time registers, logbooks, surveys.
Following internal escalations and protocols to ensure quick and efficient resolution of issues, incidents
Caring for company property : tools, cellphones, laptops, vehicles.
Perform vehicle maintenance.
Perform stock take, management and control once for stock / materials issued
Maintain clean, and safe store rooms and company facilities

4.1 QUALIFICATIONS ESSENTIAL
Computer literacy / COMPTIA
Electrical circuits 101 AC / DC / Solar Desirable
RF / Microwave Basics
Fiber optic reticulation
Valid drivers license
4.2 EXPERIENCE DESIRABLE
A minimum of 2 year in the WISP industry.
Experience on Microsoft office.
Microwave / Wi-Fi technology
High sites Construction and Maintenance
Working on masts.
Extensive travel and remote work.
4.3 KNOWLEDGE AREAS
Understanding of microwave systems - Desirable
Must be capable in setup of routers and APs (Wi-Fi-LAN) - Desirable
Must be capable in setup of wireless links - Desirable
Must be capable in setup of VOIP phones - Desirable
Some understanding of AC and DC electrical circuits - Desirable
