Johannesburg - A multi-level sales company that supports independent distributors engaged in selling their products is urgently seeking a young dynamic Assistant Manager to join their team.

Main job function Manage and ensure that all orders are done on a daily basis, on time and maintain correct stock levels.

Following instructions and procedures, Planning and Organising , Working with people , Analysing , Leading and Supervising , Entrepreneurial and Commercial ThinkingCoping with Pressures and SetbacksManage day to day Human Recourse administration including but not limited to leave, hours of work and scheduling.

Conduct employee performance reviews.Develop good customer relationships.Participate in recruitment and dismissal processes.

Smooth out problems within the workplace.Address employee and customer concerns.Email and phone correspondence.Fill in for Manager in times of absence.

QUALIFICATIONS : QualificationsMatricTertiary education added bonus EXPERIENCE : Experience / CriteriaMatric (or equivalent qualification)Must have own or reliable transport to work (valid Drivers license not negotiable)Willing to travel to branches nationwide when neededMinimum of 2 years Store retail admin and management experience, relating to receiving, admin, capturing, till operations, cash office, stock control, sales floor and customer service Strong command of the English languageComputer literate MS Office (Word and Excel)Strong analytical skills and time managementTrustworthy and honestSouth African citizen Clear credit and criminal recordsWOULD SUIT YOUNG MALE
