Manager: Well-being Communications

My client is urgently looking for Manager : Wellbeing Communications to provide high quality information therapy including the right information at the right time to the right person.

In order to be considered the following is required :

  • 3-year degree in communications or journalism
  • At least 5 years’ working experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the wellbeing industry preferred

    • Responsibilities :

  • Design annual communication plans for the clients
  • Design and manage the content on the content management system
  • Participate in the planning of communication materials by identifying communication needs (production schedule)
  • Manage, monitor and direct employees within the team
  • Project managing the team of providers (printers, production houses, copywriters, designers)
  • Design and maintain 24 / 7 convenient access to relevant communications, on all delivery channels
  • Ensure that the targeted population are reached and enrolled
  • Write appropriate content with the appropriate tone, style and message for campaigns and audiences
  • Maintain compliance with efficient service delivery and productivity models
  • Monitor the effective use of the multi-channel platforms
  • Set up budget and monitor communications expenses
  • Ensure excellent customer experience with regards to visual impact, functionality and content quality
