An exciting career opportunity with a leading Digital Marketing agency. They are looking for a Sales / Marketing Representative with an understanding of or experience in digital marketing.

This person is responsible for appointment setting and securing business from prospective customers to grow their portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities :

Develop, establish, and maintain business relationships with prospective customers, generating new business for the organisation services.

Make cold calls and visit prospects’ businesses to present company's services

Develop clear and effective written proposals / quotes for prospective and existing customers

Expedite the resolution of customer concerns / issues, working as the liaison for any new clients.

Coordinate sales efforts with operations, accounting, and quality control

Understand the sales pipeline and provide the required information for forecasting data monthly

Provide management with a weekly work plan and activity reports

Keep abreast of product applications, QC requirements, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature, training, networking events, etc.

Experience and qualifications :

Minimum of High School Diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum of a year of sales experience, within a digital marketing environment, preferred.

Good customer service / interpersonal skills as well phone etiquette

Positive attitude and a good communicator

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software

Excellent customer service orientation to both external and internal customers alike

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Laser focus attention to detail with the discipline to ensure accurate and quality work

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
