Purpose of the Position : Effectively handle the administration and financial function, within the Secondary Operations and the completion of all reasonable tasks to ensure the operational efficiency of the Secondary Operations, and to assist and support Distell’s endeavoured to create superior customer service.
Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to :
Effectively manage the daily administration function within the Trade Express Centre.
Involvement in preparation of budgets and forecasts, including monthly co-ordination of opex spends and variance analysis
Perform Trade Express centre capex and abnormal maintenance function
Effectively co-ordinate the monthly internal audit function for the Trade Express centre
Effective administer Customs and Excise Accounts (Where applicable)
Checking of monthly stock take sheets.
Data capturing of monthly stock take figures
Improving business processes to ensure achievements of Business Objectives The successful candidate must have the following qualification, skills and experience :
A relevant tertiary qualification
Up To 6 Months minimum total years of relevant experience in FMCG Logistics / Distribution Environment
Computer literacy in MS Office, SAP, Success Factors
Experience meeting tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and sound presentation skills
The ability to work after hours and / or shifts if necessary Demonstrates proficiency in the following Behavioural competencies : Lead Self
