Property AdministratorDaviesProperty Group based in Gardens, Cape Town is looking for a PropertyAdministrator. The role is to carry out administrative duties and liaise withAgents, tenants, and suppliers to ensure a professional service.

Job Role : - - Loadingnew assets and leases on the WeConnectU Rental Asset Management system- - EnsureAgents files are complete and saved on the company database- - Receiveand reconcile monthly service provider accounts- - Loading / capturingof variable monthly billings on WeConnectU - - Ensureall service provider accounts are saved on the company database and filed- - Draftnotices including but not limited to Letter of Demand, Lease Cancellation, etc.

  • Attendweekly sales meetings and take minutes- - Reportweekly on lease renewals and escalations- - Maintenanceco-ordination for house properties- - Ensurethe company database is maintained and up to date- - Agentadmin support- - Updatelease packs as and when new updates are published- - Savecustomer invoices on the company database- - Followup on arrears rentals & update landlords Officesupport duties : - - Pettycash- - Officeconsumables- - Xeroxmonthly report- - Generaloffice supportEducation : - Matric / Grade12 (essential)- Administrativeor property oriented tertiary qualification (advantageous) Experience& Skills : - Minimumof 2-3 years’s administrative experience in a similar role - Knowledgeof the WeConnectU rental asset management system (advantageous)- Knowledgeof PropCtrl (advantageous)- Knowledgeof Red Rabbit (advantageous)- Excellentwritten and oral communication skills- Detailorientated- ComputerliterateSpecificrequirements : - Generaladministrative skills- Presentable- Attentionto detail- EfficientIf you fitthe above-mentioned requirements, then please
