Our client is a Global Professional Body based in Johannesburg. As the Head of Sales & Delivery, you will be responsible for : Develop and implement commercial strategies according to business objectives and goals aimed at accelerating growth.

Provides strategic leadership and direction for the Business within the Southern African markets. Develop and agree with the Group Director & General Manager objectives for the Business Development and Delivery functions.

Lead a highly skilled business development team that continues to strengthen relationships, expands the company's global reputation, develops relationships with public and private sector corporate clients and continuously contributes to revenue generation and net financial return.

Responsible and accountable for developing and enhancing account management and sales processes and procedures to enable the team to achieve new business, gain repeat business and establish long-

term client relationships leading to continued engagement and referrals. Responsible and accountable for developing and extending the company's engagement with existing key accounts, managing long-

term relationships and continued engagement with the company's. Responsible and accountable for the design of tailored solutions to meet specific client requirements, working with the client to design a robust and deliverable solution utilising the full spectrum of the company's products and services aimed at meeting / exceeding agreed revenue and margin targets.
