purposeTo provide expertise, advice and support in operational career advisory practice formulation and associated best practice improvement tactics in order to enable tactical translation and operational implementation.

experience and qualificationsMinimum qualification : Honours Degree in Industrial PsychologyPreferred qualification : PcyhometristMinimum years of relevant experience : 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Psychometrist, including 2 years career counselling experience, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior (entry level) management leveladditional requirementsThere are no additional requirements associated with this vacancy.

  • responsibilitiesMonitor and control financial governance and compliance throughout an area of specialisation to manage financial costBuild and sustain collaborative working relationships with relevant peers and stakeholders to achieve productivity synergiesAdvise on the application of assessment and career management design methodology by enabling line management and HR practitioners to effectively apply appropriate tools and techniquesConsult with business areas to understand business objectives, challenges and identify opportunities for value add servicesInterpret business needs into Psychological constructs and deliver solution / intervention as requiredInterpret competency results of individuals, teams, succession plans, talent plans and provide appropriate feedback with advice on overall skill development strategies and staff movements as requiredAdvise on and ensure the development and implementation of area specific methodologies and frameworks;
  • ensuring appropriate implementation and useAssist and support the seamless integration and implementation of HR processes, programs and practices into tactical planning and operationsAssist in the development and / or alignment of governance and compliance policies in own practice area to identify and manage risk exposure liabilityPlan for value-
