Reference : CPT003074-ZN-1 An opportunity for a HR Manager for one of our leading clients in the distribution sector - Southern Suburbs PERMANENT POSITION TO START IN SEPTEMBER 2019 Responsibilities : Provide human resources technical advice and guidance to both internal and external clients Management of HR adfministration and ensure that all comply with the company's policies and procedures Manage all IR processes with relation to performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures Ensure that all leave records are updated and maitained on an ongoing basis and that queries are adhered to Lead the recruitement and selection process of new staff Maintaining relationships with staff and third parties by taking the responsibility to manage and resolve conflict to migitate inherent tension in the work environment Ensure that all payroll input and output has been actioned accurately and timeously and that month end reports are drafted and reviewed as part of the monthly controls Provide counselling to staff that require confidential support in business related matters Prepare documentation associated with job offers, employment contracts and job dicriptions Manage relationships with the relevant SETA's Recruitment of staff including job discriptions, reference checks and contracts Assist with disciplinary procedures Complete SETA documents and attend meetings with SETA consultants Complete Employment with Banks request Attend Management meetings at the request of Management Responsible for all branches nationally Draft, update and implement induction programmes for all group companies Must have dealt with department of labour Requirements : Grade 12 plus Diploma or B-

Degree in HR Management Own vehicle and driver's licence SAGE Payroll esesential Knowledge of current labour and employee tax laws is essential 5 -

10 years generalist HR experience Payroll experience is essential R 38 000 Monthly
