CallForce has partnered with a leading energy and electricity comparison site in the UK who represent the best energy companies in the UK.
The main responsibility of the Energy outbound sales consultant is to call pre-selected customers to understand their energy and electricity requirements and use your natural persuasive sales ability to convince them to undertake a comparison of the selected energy providers.
The consultant will then look to switch the customer from their current energy provider one of the selected companies on the panel.
The consultant will need to love sales be of a hunter mentality and has the tenacity to keep going and love earning lots of money! Day to day role includes : · Speaking directly to UK consumers telephonically about their current energy supplier within residential campaigns · Go through sales script and provide a quote on their energy bills based on a detailed fact find of customer requirements · Summarise quote and cost savings to customer and persuade to switch to new provider · Enter all information such as customers details accurately into a CRM platform · Provide emails to customer for quotes and to contact them if requested and within guidelines · Where appropriate and within strict guidelines look for referrals to generate more opportunities Previous experience is marketing an energy / electricity product.
