Minimum requirements for the role : Previous sales experience having worked within the personal care or related manufacturing industry is essential for the role.

The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.Must be well presented and organised with the ability to work well under pressure.

Computer literacy is essential with good MS Office skills experience.The successful candidate must be a strong team player with the ability to build and foster relationships.

Must be fast paced, results and sales driven with a strong sales force.Previous experience applying appropriate strategies (participation, negotiation, conflict resolution and collaboration) to achieve results both on an operational and strategic level is essential.

Previous experience having managed product portfolios that supported the Company''s overall strategy and goals.The successful candidate will be responsible for : Managing and heading up a small Personal Care Division managing a portfolio of existing Customers and Key Accounts within the personal care manufacturing industry.

Building and maintaining relationships with Key Accounts and acquiring a thorough understanding of Key Customer needs and requirements.

Ensuring that quality customer service is provided to internal and external Customers.Managing, advising and delivering on technical queries and requests with regards to existing and new products.

Identifying and implementing sales opportunities and Key Account plans to ensure that sales targets are met.Presenting reports to Senior Management and overseeing the forecasting and price negotiations.

Driving Key Account plans and strategies to ensure sales targets and objectives are on target.Establishing and achieving monthly and annual budgets, based on Customer information and forecasts and preparing annual budgets for Senior Management.

Identifying new business opportunities by leveraging the full potential of the Companys product and services portfolio.Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
