Our client, a leader in production equipment fabrication and maintenance, seeks to employ a After-Sales / Marketing Administrator for their fast paced service and parts department, based in Paarl.
This role is dealing with customers abroad and therefore, you must be available to start work at 06h00 and end at 15h00 to accommodate the different time zones
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A GENERALIST ADMIN ROLE AND DOES REQUIRE EXPERIENCE A TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT AND A KNOWLEDGE OF WEB / ONLINE ORDERING PORTALS, DATABASE MANAGEMENT AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE.
You Must have completed Matric, coupled with a tertiary qualification in Marketing and 2-5 years’ experience gained in assisting with marketing and after-sales service within a technical / manufacturing or engineering environment
You will have proven experience in maintaining databases, cross referencing of leads, processing new work orders, preparing reports, updating the website, managing E-Marketing campaigns and assisting with customer queries
You will have advanced Excel skills, as well as proficiency on social media
You must have worked on an ERP system (such as SAP, QMuzik, Syspro) and have advanced Excel skills
You must be fluent in English and Afrikaans, as well as be able to communicate effectively on all levels
You must also be able to provide general administrative support to the marketing team when required
A valid driver’s license and own vehicle would be essential
Preference given to candidates resident in the Winelands and Cape Town Northern Suburbs.
