Field Service Engineer, UPS Field services, installations, repairs, commissioning's and battery installations.


A. AC and DC installation

B. Fault finding and repair of UPS Systems internally and in the field.

C. Battery replacement

D. Site survey and electrical environment analysis

E. Diagnostic of MCCs, VSDs, Power distribution (1st level)

F. Compile site analysis report

G. Build customer trust relationship

H. Promote / sale EESA service offers

I. Prepare monthly report related to service activity

J. Participating in stand by service

K. Extensive travelling national and abroad


Education level required :

  • N-Dip Electrical Engineering or higher
  • Years and area of experience required :

  • 5years
  • Technical knowledge :

  • UPS background (+5 Years)
  • Data Centre Operation (+5 Years)
  • Power Electronics (+5 Years)
  • Field Service Work (+5 Years)
  • Strong Customer Orientation
  • AC and DC Knowledge
