The FIX is on the hunt for a Social Media Coordinator to join our tribe and share our vibe.
Your slay-eat-sleep, dream-job responsibilities include :
Social Media Extraodinaire with flair / interest in fashion & pop culture & get paid for it!
Strategy drive the business & comms strategy through our Social platforms to elevate our dope identity to dizzying heights & attract new customers (baes)
Mover & shaker, networker yes, social butterflying is a skill you can flaunt shamelessly here
Experience in social community management & measurement - obvs

Elevate our feisty, young brand across platforms to deliver brand value & brand love & whichever cool channel we decide to play with next (all in a day’s work ya’know)
Briefs giving & receiving briefs to / from internal / external customers to ensure next level, on-brand delivery
Contribute to & manage the monthly organic & paid social media content calendar fashion never sleeps
Respond to & redirect social platform conversations / questions we love to chat.
Digital Copywriting your creative outlet and path to fame & perhaps fortune
Capitalise run in heels / sneakers while dreaming up cool, never-before-tried ideas that are memorable & executable
Compile monthly organic analytics & consolidate with paid analytics (from media agency) to drive insights & KPIs we loove to achieve & we never stop learning
Compile weekly round-up of competitive social platform activity Who dis? Who dat?
Bonus points for : interesting party tricks, killer dance moves, sense of curiosity, FIX clothing in your wardrobe, youthful, friends in high places, can pull rabbits out of hats, will always #dowhatsright
You know how to :
Put your tertiaries (Media or Marketing degree and / or Digital Marketing qualifications) to good use commercially
Apply your 1- 2 years relevant community management experience
Craft digital copy like it’s a side hustle too!
Content scheduling across platforms
Analytics & Reporting
Live social coverage at events (activations, new store openings, launches, CSI, etc.)
Make your voice heard & contribute your innovative, cool ideas through discussion & presentations (or through the medium of dance, memes, origami, puppet shows, etc.)
Plan your time effectively & efficiently, & thrive under pressure
Maintain high standards & raise the bar every time
