We are seeking an experienced IT ApplicationSupport Specialist on a contract basis (with the option to become permanent)who will be responsible for providing technical support and testing servicesfor our Cloud-based Gym Application.
This role requires an ability to useMySQL. Thedomain and background : KRSClub's flagship product is Itensity Online, the fast-growing web-based Clubmanagement system in use by over gyms in 6 countries.
Itensity providesfully automated Debit Orders, online bookings, leads management, Contractmanagement and online Signing, and so much more to make the clubs as efficientas possible.
Support Specialist Responsibilities : Resolution of tickets assigned to second line on JIRACollaborating with team members in an Agile environmentAssisting with testing of new releases and featuresChecking of data using MySQL Who were looking for : Someone with : - Prior experience in customer support, application support, or a similar role.
Someone who hasthe ability to : foster andmaintain a collaborative team dynamic solve problems withthe team and think critically communicateclearly, both by speaking directly and writing concisely learn quickly andadapt to the environment provide supportto the team Certification and Experience required : Proven experiencein a customer-facing or fitness environment.
TheJob Offer : The role is available immediately : Salary R15,-R20, per month plusInternet allowance. We will offer the successful candidate a 3-month contract within theoption to become permanent if they meet our requirements and they are happy towork for us, of course.
