Proactively manage dealer agreements byenforcing incentive letter with partners. Dealer commission to be reviewedquarterly with all partners.
Emails to be kept to verify review. Respond to queries within 24 hours Responsible use of ECN marketingmaterial. All promotional items to be signed for by recipient.
All dealers to be visited minimum oncea month. Larger and closer partners to be met weekly, outlying areas more than3 hours drive one way once every two months.
Attend client meeting with dealers Check solutions and quotes within 24hours. All quotes to be logged Minute all dealer and client meetings Provide weekly activity reports, includingleads, feasibility and reseller meetingsEnsure effective training to resellersales and marketing teams on all products offered by ECN.

Maintain register for all training doneat dealers. All partners must be trained on all products and sign the ECNregister.
Feedback weekly on instillations Each Monday to provide a Pipeline onVBX, Fibre and Wireless. Escalations of various issues to therespective departments should it not relate to sales.
Profile Required education : Minimum of a Matric certificate Sales CertificateIdeal - Degree, or Higher Diploma Required work Experience : At least 5 years' experience incustomer relations or At least 3 years' key accountsmanagement experience in a telecommunictionsKnowlegde ofVoIP Greatunderstanding of IP Networks and knowledge of last mile connectivity.
Proficient in MS Office especially ExcelGood knowledge of telephony, IP networks Cloud services, Voip, Legacy PBX & Hosted services etc.
Required Competencies : Attention to detail Practical and in-depth understanding of VOIP and thetelecommunications environment in general.
