Well established entity seeking applicant with the following : Extensive high-speed door, docking & sectional door experience NON NEG.

Mechanical Installation of Steel, Doors, Docking equipment or Equipment of similar nature Electrical Must have experience with Electrical connections, 12V,24V, 220V, 380V Communication Must be able to communicate professionally with clients Must have experience in managing junior employees On site, assess the requirements for installation such as power supply, steel work required, accessibility and tools required for the job Going to customer sites to do correct measurements for new installations Following assessment of the site, compile an installation pack including all the necessary tools, parts and accessories required for the installation Ensure that the customer’s Occupational Health & Safety requirements are met Compile necessary Risk Assessments for each site Executing Albany, Teckentrup and Crawford door and docking installations including strip curtains.

Ensure that the assigned installation is completed in good time to achieve excellent customer service Giving feedback to management on efficiency of team members and problems that may arise Taking full and total responsibility for each installation Going to customer sites to do repair assessments Fault-

finding on breakdown sites Repairs, maintenance and servicing of all mechanical and electrical parts on all types of doors and docking equipment Implementing and enforcing strict installation quality control measures to ensure high standard of product and installation Ensuring that each installation is adequately handed over to the client Working Environment Ensuring that all tools and machinery are in working order and report damaged or lost tools Using a checklist, vehicles need to be checked once a month to ensure that all tools are accounted for and in good working order, that the vehicle itself is in good working order and whether there is unaccounted stock in the vehicles.

The tidiness and cleanliness of the vehicle is to be upheld at all times. All safety equipment / safety clothing and safety requirements have to be checked on a monthly basis and replaced or repaired where necessary.

This has to be recorded on the appropriate checklist Maintaining a clean, clear, tidy working environment at all times Considering your own safety as well as that of your co-
