Secretarial support to the Managing Executive Additional support to the Financial and Sales Manager when required Dealing with Clients and Suppliers and any other Management within the branches nationally Full diary management and meeting commitments Ordering of all supplies required by the office Drafting of reports and letters and organising all correspondence requirements Type minutes for various meetings Setting up of meetings and functions required for the branch Organise corporate travel and accommodation arrangements Attend to emails for Managing Executive Coordination of functions organising all duties from the beginning to end Any general ad-hoc duties required to be completed in or out of the office REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 l Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous).

1 to 3 years proven administrative assistant experience Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & related programs Must be highly efficient with accurate typing skills Experience with diary, travel management and organisation of functions
