SUMMARY : Financial Clerk

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Looking for a Financial Clerk to perform the duties of accounting clerk for a period of 3 Months.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Purchasing of stationery
  • Updating theft and losses register
  • Sending claims and clearing of expenditure
  • Revenue and ledger accounts
  • Requirements of Position :

  • Grade 12 (Senior Certificate), with Accounting as a fully passed subject (or equivalent) NQF 4
  • With a minimum of 2 years experience in a financial environment.
  • Proficiency with figures, very accurate
  • Comfortable to work with suppliers to purchase stationary
  • Proven computer literacy ( MS Word / Excel)
  • Good communication skills in at least 2 of the offical languages of the Western Cape.
  • Good planning an organisation skills
