  • Key responsibilities include :
  • Prospect, generate, qualify, process and follow up on leads to set up appointments for the sales team
  • Collaboratively work with the sales team and management to develop strategies to generate leads and opportunities with prospective customers
  • Initiate and participate in new business pitches with the sales team and own follow-through pitch with the lead prospect
  • Provide consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communication
  • Provide consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly / monthly sales lead generation activity reports to management
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
  • Achieve sales lead generation targets and appointment quotas
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached
  • Required experience and knowledge :

  • Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years telemarketing and / or inside sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and / or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical Experience :

  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
