PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReceiving Telephonic and Email Orders.Provide Customers with expert product information and support.
Liaising and working closely with dispatch regarding deliveries.Invoicing and following up on quotations.Stock Taking, accurate record keeping of pricing and back orders.
Calling existing and potential customers to encourage them to purchase company products.Accurately recording details of customers purchase orders.
Processing all customer purchases accordingly.Generating promising leads.Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
Developing and sustaining customer confidenceDeveloping in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers'' needs and preferences.
Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales targets.PREFERRED SKILLSKnowledgeable in automotive lubricants.Good Communication Skills.
Excellent Sales & Marketing Inter-Personal Skills.Computer Proficiency.Ability to manage tasks efficiently under pressure and managing time.
High level of Customer Service at all times.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS MatricSales & Marketing Degree or Diploma will be preferredProven Track Record in Sales with 3 5-year experience in a similar role.
