xxxxx has offices in Sandton, South Africa, and is looking for a dynamic Senior Regional Marketing Manager, to serve the Francophone region.
Based in Johannesburg, the successful candidate will lead a specialised portfolio, in conjunction with generalist marketing expertise for the identified region, within the greater marketing team and be responsible for relationship management for the Francophone region.
The successful candidate will be a member of the marketing team and report to the Group Marketing Executive and Regional VP. Key Performance Areas :
Quarterly regional marketing plan to generate leads / sales in your region
Campaign and BAU Flow charts and Storyboard’s Designed, visible, according to the Campaign and BAU design handbook
Campaign and BAU activity daily to generate leads / sales in your region
Manage BAU and campaign activity according to the Campaign and BAU management handbook
Achieve results (based on approved quarterly plans)
100 campaign-linked marketing leads per quarter
80 campaign-linked sales opportunities per quarter
25 campaign-linked seats sold per quarter in your region
Master (1) tactics for the team and act as Centre of Excellence, including vendor leadership for the marketing team.
Author, update, and implement a tactic handbook.
Master a market segment
Master a market segment (any of AEC / MFG / P&P) for the team and for the market group, providing campaign input to the marketing team.
The successful candidate must have the following experience and qualifications :
Be in possession of a Marketing Honours Degree;
Demonstrate previous work experience (3-5 years) in a marketing environment, measuring and determining ROI;
Experience working with Salesforce.com (SFDC) CRM system would be an advantage;
