Kontak Recruitment is recruiting a Digital Marketer / Manager with creative flare and out of the box thinking and strategizing, specifically within the media & Digital Marketing Agency space with experience in digital advertising in terms of social, online (Web) and other online platforms to assist with brand strategy.
Suitable candidates would require at least 3-5 years’ solid experience within brand management working with multiple brands simultaneously specifically within a Digital Marketing Agency.
Knowledge of digital advertising and online essential. Previous experience working with blue chip brands and multi brands simultaneously
Educational Requirements :
BCom Marketing / Communications degree
Post Graduate Digital Marketing qualification
Google Garage certification
Experience with SEO / SEM and PPC campaigns
Maximise online for lead generation
Understanding of ROI and KPIs
Excellent command and understanding of analytics (various platforms a bonus)
Working experience within advertising agency (beneficial)
Client liaison and relationship building skills
Content creation and creative input essential
Duties and Responsibilities :
Lead digital transformation through a complex service delivery organisation continuously improving the effectiveness and impact of the charity
Maximize online for lead generation, analytics and reporting on conversions.
Lead resource planning, management, reporting and coordination of projects / initiatives to deliver change in line with availability and business requirements.
Lead end-to-end delivery digital projects, including technology delivery, and change management required to improve, implement and embed digital systems, IT infrastructures and processes.
Ensure best practices and processes across the digital team for the consistent delivery of projects.
Develop on-going plans for delivery activities and manage any allocated resources to ensure that the team delivers to committed tasks.
Lead digital planning, including IT projects and the allocation of staffing resources.
Oversee the financial aspects of team including purchasing, budgeting & budget review.
Research solutions and make recommendations for the improvement of systems and infrastructure. Ensure teams are delivering to a common plan and purpose, and that risks and issues are well-managed.
Extensive expertise in key digital principles, including person centred design, prototyping and agile delivery in a sensitive and complex environment.
Experience of managing existing teams and creating team identity and culture and setting standards and procedures
