MacRobert Inc. has a position available for a Legal Documentation Automation Administrator in our Finance Department in Pretoria!

The incumbent will assist the management team with the deployment, implementation, training and on-going maintenance of the applications portfolio that focuses on document automation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

Assist in the implementation of document automation tools.

Participate in projects for enhancements and changes necessary to meet changing customer requirements for the applications that fall under the responsibility of the team.

Acquire, document, and analyse user requirements and research potential solutions.

Acquire and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of relevant products, current support policies, and methods of support delivery.

Make creative suggestions to enhance the quality and efficiency of services provided by the team.

Work with the testing team to coordinate and perform application testing and troubleshooting.

Work with the trainers to develop user documentation as required.

Work with trainers to develop and deliver user training as needed.

Translate functional issues and questions into application solutions.

Maintain reasonable awareness of and interest in Document Automation trends relevant for the portfolio responsible.

Build and maintain trusted relationships and open two-way communication with all users and team members.

Requirements :

Relevant Qualification / Experience

Strong MS Office suite skills (i.e., Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project).

Basic knowledge of the legal field required

Experience working in a legal environment will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of and experience in working with XpressDocs, FLOW and AJS will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of and experience in working with .NET and C# will be an added advantage.

Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Ability to effectively communicate professionally in business language, in both oral and written formats.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize work effectively.

Excellent analytical ability.
