Human Capital Associate - Sasolburg Introduction Reference : GC001916-CG-1 My client in is a large organisation looking to hire a Human Capital Associate to be based in the Free State region.

  • Applicants must please be aware that this is a fixed term contract for 8 months ONLY! Description Experience and Skills : Completed office admin qualification Minimum 3 years’
  • experience in an office setting Duties and responsibilities : Coordinate L&D Facilitating Industrial Relations for a sound Labour Relations Support line managers with effective discipline and employee relations processes Handle and ensure timeous recruitment process for all positions Facilitate the employee Induction and orientation process Deals with correspondence relating to employment.

  • e.g. Regret letters, Offer letters, relevant engagement documentation etc.) Forward all payroll related documents (input) to Payroll Assistant Submit and manage claims process with applicable funds for disabilities and terminations Ensure effective and accurate monthly HC reports : IR Report, Contractors Report, movements and changes, Head count report, Study Assistance etc…
  • Support the HR Manager in implementing change initiatives in collaboration with line management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects Customer-service oriented Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision Please note if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks kindly consider your application unsuccessful.
